During my tenure (July '13-Nov'14) at Design Cell, I worked on Landscape Development for this project located immediately behind the Vishwavidyala Metro Station. The site area is small and intended for high rise high end residential towers. One major aspect to the site was its locality in the North Aravali Ridge and the huge footfall along the Metro corridor which required an interovert planning. Prepared for LEED Rating, the planting palette had to be very specifically emphasising on native and naturalised species.
